When it comes to improving overall wellbeing, everyone’s goals are unique. We get to know students and employees, discover their goals, and design an experience to support those goals. We help them change what they want to change, which often drives change across other areas, too. We create a personalized experience that meets employees where they are on their wellbeing journey.

 Activity, nutrition, sleep, stress, focus, cognition, financial health, personal relationships, philanthropy – whatever helps make them happier human beings – that’s what we care about, and that’s what we support.

Our annual wellness programs cover every base, from wellness challenges  to social connection tips to stress reduction tips. Our panel of nutritionists, trainers, counselors and doctors will give you the information you need, when you need it.

SweaTours was founded by Anjali Bindra Patel and Shreem Ramineni, sisters who are avid fitness enthusiasts with a combined 30 years of experience in team/relationship building, and building sustainable law student wellness plans. 

Anjali and Shreem also have a combined 30 years of legal experience, and have unparalleled insight on  protected classes, and other intricacies of workplace and school wellness.

Anjali is a Faculty Member at WELCOA Wellness Council of America, and has a Wellness Coaching Certification. She is also a member of the American Association of Law Schools Balance in Legal Education.
