A Little About Me: Despite having a J.D. and years of experience in my field, returning to work after having my 3 children was a nightmare. The message?  If you leave to have kids, don’t expect the working world to welcome you back.  


My story is not an anomaly. The legal profession needs to face the unacknowledged bias against working mothers. Sweatours is committed to making the issue of working parents an integral part of its messaging. Our goal is to help women with families return to, and stay at, work in a meaningful way. 


Through our customized workshops, coaching and speaking events, we teach leadership how to better accommodate working parents. Sweatours is proud to partner with the MOM PROJECT, committed to helping women remain active in the workforce in every stage of their journey, 


Gender bias isn’t going to be something we can solve with a single worksop. But if we band together, we can form a meaningful effort to value, respect and support women returning to work.
